Cavalcade of Authors West 2025
DATE: Saturday, April 26, 2025
TIME: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
LOCATION: Curtis Junior High, University Place, WA
SCHEDULE:
All students will attend the Welcome Session, and then will begin rotating through their chosen schedule to include three author workshops, two live Q&A panels, and lunch. The day ends with an autograph/book signing session.

How Much?
$20 per student, no limits the number of students
Books, Books, Books!
Barnes & Noble will once again be our onsite bookseller. Students will be able to purchase throughout the day, including lunches. Unfortunately, B&N cannot accept gift cards at offsite events.

- $20 fee per student
- Visit our 2025 Registration page to get your school registered (linked once registration opens)
- Student workshop registration will occur after schools have paid in full for all participants
- There are no limits to the number of students you can register
- Seats will fill, sessions will close, so schools AND students should register as soon as possible
